Day # 3 - Ugh, no improvement

Today I didn't do a thing!! I just didn't have any time to do any workout. Guess it's kinda good I didn't, the pain went away and I'm ready to work out twice as hard tomorrow!
I decided that I'm really gonna add some workouts to my schedule, like the Frog stance and the Plank.
I also gathered some nice information... like , the power of a kick comes from the core of the body, a stronger core means a better balance, stuff like that. Guess strengthening my core will be crucial.
Since I've been making some weak posts I'll just post some motivational videos to keep my will strong >.>
