So I still haven't managed to do the handstand correctly, well, didn't have much time to train anyhow.
Still I learned some pretty important stuff one of those tutorial sites, like putting pressure in the middle of my hands, not on the back , shoulders are important, and my abs need to get a little tense, oh and my backs need to be straight, arching them will ruin it. Guess that's all I learn today...
My body is aching like crazy, even walking is a pain! Still , guess this isn't exactly a negative thing...
Sorry for not having anything else to say~ Today was a bit of a weak day.
